Registration

Registration for the 13th Biennial Conference of the International Association of Forensic Linguists on the theme of New Challenges for Forensic Linguists is now open, and should be completed via the On-line Registration Form available at here.

An early bird and a regular rate are available:

Early bird rate (deadline extended until 22 April 2017) (all amounts EUR):

  • Student (IAFL member): 200,00
  • Student (non-IAFL member): 250,00
  • IAFL member: 310,00
  • Non-IAFL member: 370,00

Regular rate (after 22 April 2017) (all amounts EUR):

  • Student (IAFL member): 270,00
  • Student (non-IAFL member): 320,00
  • IAFL member: 370,00
  • Non-IAFL member: 430,00

The fee includes: access to all sessions, conference material, lunches and refreshments during the scheduled breaks, and Welcome Reception on Monday evening, 10 July.

Not included in the Registration fee: accommodation, Conference Dinner and Excursions (14 July).

IMPORTANT: Please note that at least one presenter per paper is required to register and pay the Conference fee via before 15 May 2017, so that the Conference programme can be made available in advance.

Terms of Registration and Cancellation

Registration is binding and only cancellations received in writing will be considered. Cancellations received by 1 June are subject to a EUR 60 processing fee. Refunds will not be granted for cancellations received after 1 June or in case of no-show. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference.

Accommodation

Accommodation is not included in the conference fee. Further details on accommodation options can be found in the Accommodation section of the IAFL Porto 2017 website.
