人大法工委副主任張榮順昨日表示，由於香港一部份人對「一國兩制」和《基本法》的理解受到反對派和西方激進勢力影響，跟內地想法截然不同，因此要在香港進行「一國兩制再啟蒙」，並要在香港、澳門建立國家民族觀念，令他們認同國家和中央政府。
