律政司司長袁國強昨天質疑，2017 年特首普選引入公民提名或公民推薦，雖然能增加「市民參與」，但若果候選人在某界別取得特別多支持，未必是最好的「均衡參與」，公民提名也可能出現運作問題。他引述有說法指出，提委會由選委會過渡組成，具有吸引的地方。
