所謂多議席單票制，就是讓提委以一人一票的方式，去選出多名特首候選人；但每個提委在投票的時候，只能揀一個心儀的對象；然後按準候選人的得票排次序，讓最先的幾個(我建議四個)，成為正式的候選人。
