私校界別近年亂象頻生，教育局早前預告設立「私校名冊」，當局今日公布，已成立私校學校諮詢委員會，並已接納委員會提出加入「私校名冊」的條件，包括學校須在正式註冊後正常運作超過兩年，所有年級的總取錄學生人數均「令人滿意」，亦需證明在過去兩個財政年度中，沒有出現負淨值。
