政府今日(23日)宣布，即日開始接受公司遷冊申請，在香港以外地區成立的公司可向公司註冊處申請遷冊來港，機制可減省複雜昂貴的司法程序，讓經遷冊公司保留其在法律上的法人團體身份，令公司業務得以延續。
