醫管局今日（27日）公布去年第3季《風險通報》，其中一宗是遺留物料個案，涉為病人進行有關睪丸手術後，醫護將原來油性紗布（paraffin gauze）遺留在病人左側陰囊內，護士日常換藥時並未發現，患者及後照超聲波才發現。
