然而《彭博通訊社》引述消息人士指，內地當局近日敦促汽車製造商將電動汽車的關鍵技術保留在國內，建議車企在國內工廠生產關鍵組件，並將整車散裝料套件(knock-down kits)出口至海外，再於目的地市場進行組裝。
