路透社8月6日引述3名消息人士報道，華為、百度等中資科技公司以及多間中國初創公司因預計美國將祭出有關限制韓國公司向中國出口晶片的措施，正在大手囤儲備三星電子（Samsung Electronics Co.）生產的高頻寬記憶體（High Bandwidth Memory，HBM）晶片。
