有犯罪集團開設虛假加密貨幣兌換店，再透過社交平台尋找獵物，訛稱可用高價收購加密貨幣，實則利用「練功券」假鈔騙取受害人信任，從而轉走加密貨幣。

The scammers would show the victims “cash” during the transaction, but the stack of cash was actually the “practice notes” — tools used by bank staff to practice counting banknotes — with only the top and bottom bills being the genuine HK$1,000 banknotes.
