警員於當日中午在葵涌一工業大廈單位外，截查一名30歲姓劉男子，在其身上420克搜獲懷疑大麻花及5支大麻煙油，並在單位內檢獲1,770克懷疑大麻花及及大量大麻製品，包括含大麻成份曲奇等及懷疑迷幻蘑菇。
