不過，不論是供監考員點名的「監考易」程式，或是供考生簽到的「報到易」程式，均有故障出現，無法使用。有學校試場表示，有監考老師嘗試使用「監考易」數分鐘後，發現仍未能正常運作，已即時轉用人手點名，幸好過程沒有影響讀考生考試。
