日本小林製藥的紅麴保健食品安全問題持續發酵,雖然公司連番道歉,但處理危機手法一直遭人詬病,除了拖近2個月才公布回收產品外,公司也被指延遲公布產品驗出軟毛青黴酸的消息,反而由厚生勞動省最早宣布,小林製藥管理層再遭輿論炮轟。

Red yeast rice is “made by fermenting steamed rice with food fungus, and is often used to lower high cholesterol,” according to a 2019 paper in the British Medical Journal.
