職場上“低效出勤(presenteeism)”的現象正在增加。此一新的概念又可譯為”減效出勤”、”假性出勤”、”勉強出勤”等,指員工雖出勤,卻無法充分發揮正常工作效率的狀態,長期的低效出席恐使既有的身心癥狀進一步惡化,演變為不可逆的健康問題和工作成效不佳的後果,對員工及職場都是”雙輸”。
