「SmartPLAY康體通」系統自上周四（9日）啟用以來一直甩漏不斷，康樂及文化事務署今日（14日）表示，系統經過數日調節設定，已可讓數千名市民同時進行訂場，較以前增加了數倍，亦在進入訂場版面前，新增網上輪候版面，可容納20,000名用戶排隊等候登入。
