特區政府於下月舉行的區議會選舉當日，於上水港鐵站附近的香港道教聯合會鄧顯紀念中學，以及東華三院甲寅年總理中學，設立「鄰近邊境投票站」，方便選舉日從内地返港的市民投票，下星期一上午9時至12月5日下午6時接受網上登記。
