「G19」立法會議員今日(18日)會晤特首李家超，就新一份《施政報告》表達意見，為鼓勵生育，他們建議提供生育津貼及改革稅制，包括推出「累進式子女免稅額」，首名子女免稅額增至15萬元，再逐步加至25萬元；另加等額的新生子女免稅額，營造「生得愈多，交稅就愈少」的風氣。此外，也建議引入子女教育開支免稅額每年12萬元。
