國安法高院指定法官陳嘉信，被指在審理一宗侵權案時「司法抄襲」(judicial copying)，把原告的陳詞「搬字過紙」地抄到其裁決書上，並佔其判辭的98%，餘下2%亦沒有一句是法官用自己文字寫的完整句子。
