中國人大常委會日前通過修訂《反間諜法》，新法條文從40條增加到71條，擴大「間諜行為」範圍至對國家機關、涉密單位或關鍵基礎設施的網路攻擊，並賦予中共當局檢查涉嫌人士隨身物品的權限，新制將於今年7月1日起實施。
