政府建議修訂《職業介紹所實務守則》規管外傭「跳工」問題，包括介紹所要向外傭表明，如在兩年合約期內提出轉換僱主申請，通常不會獲批；如要受僱於新僱主，須離開香港及重新申請工作簽證；如有證據證明外傭「跳工」，其工作簽證申請會被拒絕，相關紀錄亦會作為政府日後考慮其將來工作簽證申請的因素之一。
