事主見到標價數百元，但看不到計價單位，於是詢問店員，但對方迴避問題，反而解釋每兩金聖果的價錢，令到事主以為是以兩計算，估計總金額1,000多元，而且店員在事主同意購買前已經將中藥材磨成粉末，完成後才告知以錢計算，售價1萬多元，是事主估算價值的10倍。
