林超雄昨出席記者會交代初步調查結果時指出，涉事手術燈6口用以固定內套筒的螺絲全斷，當中至少4口斷開的螺絲呈現「海灘紋」，屬金屬疲勞時常見典型紋路，料螺絲因不斷受震動產生裂紋，隨時間推移未能抵受外力，最終斷開。
