政府計劃容許入境旅行團「團進團出」，旅議會主席徐王美倫出席有線電視節目《有理有得傾》時透露，首個「團進團出」旅行團預料來自泰國，最快月中來港，現時持黃碼旅客不能入食肆，徐王美倫說，有可能要安排旅客買盒飯回酒店房進食。
