德國政府內閣經協商後達成折衷方案，昨（26日）批准中國遠洋海運集團（Cosco，簡稱中遠）入股德國第一大港漢堡港其中一個貨櫃碼頭，但以「威脅公共秩序和安全」為由，限制中遠只可收購該碼頭24.9%股份，低於原定計劃的35%，使之沒有投票權。中遠海運港口有限公司昨表示，尚未收到德國聯邦經濟及能源部的正式決定通知，交易尚未作實。
