中央氣象台今早6時發布颱風黃色預警，並預計「梅花」將以每小時25-30公里的速度向北偏西方向移動，穿過江蘇東部沿海，將於今天傍晚前後從江蘇鹽城附近移入黃海南部海面，並將於今天夜間在山東半島南部沿海再次登陸，以後逐漸轉向北偏東方向，穿過山東半島後，將於明日（16日）白天移入渤海海峽，並逐漸變性為溫帶氣旋。
