警方根據線報前日展開反毒品行動，探員於九龍城以涉嫌販毒拘捕兩名22歲男子，檢獲市值約2700萬元的毒品，包括收藏於2100多枝紙飲管內的可卡因及類似迷姦水作用的「Happy粉」。案件仍在調查，警方稱不排除有更多人被捕。

Officers seized 29.6 kg of a substance suspected to be cocaine, 1.1 kilograms of suspected ketamine, as well as 14.1 kg of “Happy Powder”, a date-rape drug found most commonly in Hong Kong, with a combined market value of about HK$27 million.
