目前和土地房屋相關的數據，分散在不同的政府部門︰地政總署、土地註冊處、差餉及物業估價署、房屋署、規劃署等，理應整合為統一的土地規劃數據庫。如果政府要建立關鍵績效指標（Key Performance Indicators）、要解決劏房問題的話，更應該有數據庫。
