司法機構早前因應第五波疫情，將大部分法庭聆訊押後，部分民事訟訴則改為遙距聆訊，與訟雙方不必到庭應訊。司法機構亦擬修例容許遙距刑事審訊，目標今年提交草案至立法會審議。
