財政司司長辦公室財政預算案及稅務政策組主任王學玲稱，稍後會公布具體發放日子，首階段消費券沿用原有的4個儲值平台，不容許市民轉換其他平台，第二階段則容許市民可重新選擇。因應少部分市民的原有登記賬戶失效，包括已註銷賬戶或遺失已登記八達通卡，由今日下午2時起至本月25日，市民可以辦理手續更新賬戶。

Chan said those who applied in the last round of the scheme will not have to register again and they will receive their first installment of HK$5,000 e-vouchers in the same stored-value platform they opted for last year.
