中央早前公布「前海方案」，財政司司長陳茂波表示，方案為本港帶來新機遇，前海合作區擴大面積後，將緩解香港產業發展空間不足的問題，他寄語本港青年要把握好機遇，放開懷抱去前海看看，又指當地有「夢工廠」，有很多香港團隊創業。

Hong Kong entrepreneurs and office workers in the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone said the newly released Qianhai plan was a shot in the arm for them to continue to pursue their careers in the area and to encourage their peers to find a niche in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA).
