為支援企業和個別業界，房委會再度延長轄下非住宅租戶和商用車輛月租戶的75%租金寬減，為期6個月，至明年3月底為止，但個別商戶如超市，因疫情下市民仍維持對日用品和食品的高需求，為審慎運用資源，超市須向房委會提出申請，並證明銷售額下跌，才可獲延長租金寬減，減幅相當於其銷售跌幅，上限為75%。
