塔利班發言人穆賈希德（Zabihullah Mujahid）昨在Twitter宣布成立「阿富汗伊斯蘭酋長國」，稱周四是阿富汗自1919年8月19日脫離英國統治的102周年。塔利班1990年代首次上台時，國名亦是「阿富汗伊斯蘭酋長國」。
