立法會今天（14日）召開大會，新民黨主席、行會成員葉劉淑儀指，港鐵公司透過「擁有權」及「鐵路加物業發展」模式下，負責興建及營運新鐵路，並獲政府批出鐵路車站上蓋物業的發展權，以補貼鐵路建造費用，港鐵公司多年來從物業發展獲得豐厚利潤，她促政府訂明港鐵公司在物業發展方面的准許回報率。
