至於政府稱爭取餐飲處所下月底或之前加強空氣流通，每小時換氣率須達6次，否則要設符合規格的空氣淨化設備，香港餐飲聯業協會會長黃家和表示現僅約40間食肆登記達到有關換氣率，比例相當低，若要食肆一個月內裝修以達標屬「天方夜譚」，促當局提供清晰指引，如空氣淨化設備過濾效能的須達水平，並提供資助。
