去年起特殊目的收購公司（SPAC）成為市場熱話，昨日舉行的金融領導委員會上，由證監會和港交所（0388）代表向包括財政司長陳茂波在內的委員簡介有關SPAC在環球金融市場的最新發展。政府公告稱，委員會要求證監會及港交所進一步探討合適的上市制度，加強香港的金融競爭力。
