警務處國家安全處昨早拘捕11人，包括律師兼民主黨九龍城區議員黃國桐、學聯前副秘書長何潔泓的母親張靜恩、獨立音樂人霍朗齊等，他們被指涉嫌協助潛逃期間遭內地拘捕的12名港人。
