中國商務部辦公廳周一（8月31日）晚發布關於「進一步加強商務領域塑料污染治理工作的通知」，公布禁塑限塑階段性任務，其中明確到今年底，全國餐飲行業禁止使用不可分解的即棄塑膠飲管等。
