《港區國安法》加速移民潮。提供移民英國諮詢、支援港人融入當地的英國港僑協會(HKB)今發表首份《港人來英研究報告》,今年 9 至 10 月訪問逾 300 名有意移民英國的香港人,當中 56 %計劃在一年內移民,14 %人認為香港情況對他們來說「非常不安全」,表明移民後永不回港。
