昨日（15日）下午，清潔女工在元朗屏信街垃圾回收站一個垃圾桶內，發現一隻唐狗女，牠的嘴及後肢被膠帶綑綁，發出微弱的呼叫。女工將牠抱起來，稍後由同事協助通知「毛孩守護者」，創辦人陸家捷到場協助。
