12 名香港青年據報由本港坐快艇往台灣高雄時，遭中國海警截獲，當中包括早前被警方以國安法拘捕的「香港故事」成員李宇軒。從海警微博提供的經緯度坐標顯示，快艇被攔截時已駛離中國領海，但仍在根據《國際海洋法公約》訂出、中國可執法控制的毗連區。
