海關及水警昨日（18日）凌晨展開反走私聯合行動，在流浮山附近水域發現兩艘可疑快艇，兩艘快艇準備逃去時，人員隨即截查。截查期間，其中一艘快艇上的男子突然登上另一艘快艇，並駛離香港水域。
