沙田瀝源邨榮瑞樓一單位昨午發生三級火，火勢猛烈，濃煙四竄，有同層鄰居危坐晾衫架等待救援。消防其後於單位發現一具焦屍，因有殘餘助燃劑及異常蔓延，認為火警起因有可疑。
