日本新首相菅義偉昨（16日）率領內閣正式就任，接替因病辭職的安倍晉三，成為日本第99任首相，亦是日本時隔7年零8個月首換首相。他昨晚接受日皇德仁任命後會見傳媒，表示自己的使命是繼承安倍政府並繼續前進，將全力應對疫情和振興經濟，亦力求打破省廳本位主義和推動行政數碼化。
