中央流行疫情指揮中心宣布，從9月1日起，機場武漢肺炎採檢將從咽喉拭子改為深喉唾液檢體，受檢者只要清出咽喉處唾液並吐在檢體盒中即可，民眾免受插喉痛苦，也減少醫護負擔。
