全國人大常委會昨繼續開會，議程包括提請審議《國旗法》、《國徽法》的修正草案，即規範不可倒掛、以及舉辦活動後要妥善處理國旗等。全國人大常委譚耀宗表示，人大常委會若通過修正草案，相信特區政府要先將修訂本地化、再提交立法會審議。

At the same meeting, NPCSC members showed their support for amending the national flag law that was legislated in the SAR.

The amendment states that no one shall invert a national flag or desecrate it and that the national flag should not be arbitrarily discarded.
