行政長官林鄭月娥昨召開高層會議，提出收緊多項防疫措施，包括強制戴口罩範圍由公共交通工具擴至「室內公共場所」，涵蓋商場、街市、商舖等；禁食肆晚市堂食延長7天，部分公務員會留家工作等。林鄭呼籲市民忍耐，稱疫情一旦惡化，必會再收緊措施，又引外國例子，表示極致可以是「禁足令」，不准市民外出。
