因應《港區國安法》實施，美國商務部繼5月22日宣布將33間中國企業和機構列入出入口管制實體清單，周一（20日）宣布再將11間中國企業列入清單，他們被指涉及參與侵犯新疆維吾爾族等少數族裔人權，包括配合中國政府侵犯人權、大規模任意拘留、強迫勞動，並對新疆維族非法收集生物識別數據。
