歐盟成員國就成立「疫後經濟復蘇基金」的議題達成共識。路透社報道，基金金額達7500億歐元，包括贈款與貸款部分，但未有透露兩者的比重。

歐盟成員國就有關議題，在比利時布魯塞爾開會持續四日。荷蘭、瑞典等「節儉」國家，一直質疑被疫情重創的意大利及西班牙等將復蘇基金金額定在7500億歐元是過高，要求在贈款部分設限於3750億，並加大貸款部分與監管制度。
