2018年施政報告提出將產假由10周延長至14周，修訂草案將於下周三（24日）在立法會恢復二讀辯論。政府昨表示考慮社會意見後，擬將新增4周產假每名僱員可獲薪酬補貼上限，由36,822元增至8萬元，僱主可全數向政府申領發還；當局並冀提前一年、即今年底實施修例。
