沙田瀝源邨祿泉樓群組昨沒新增個案，爆疫成因仍未明，房屋署檢查大部分10及12室的渠管，情况大致正常，稍後會擴大檢查其他單位。香港大學微生物學系講座教授袁國勇推測，8樓最先確診的患者可能呼出帶病毒氣體，並透過抽氣扇傳至其他單位。
